All camera bodies and lenses are shipped via insured express couriers. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours and delivered within 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Do your lenses and cameras come with a manufacturer warranty?
Yes, all electronics sold at Bower Photography are brand new and include a full 1-year manufacturer warranty. Extended protection plans are also available for purchase at checkout.
What is your return policy for open-box electronics?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories included. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to high-value items that have been unsealed.
Do you offer international shipping for professional lighting kits?
We currently ship to over 50 countries. International shipping rates and import duties are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the gear.
