At Bower Photography, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all cameras, lenses, and accessories. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included documentation and components to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Gear

  Carefully pack the equipment in its original manufacturer box, ensuring all lens caps, cables, and manuals are included before placing it inside a sturdy shipping carton.

• 3.
  Ship to Service Center

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned electronics, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
